Studio Mat Classes
Suitable for all levels. 50 minutes per session.
These are run with a maximum of 2-3 clients for individualised attention (smaller, much more individualised tuition than most available mat classes).

Studio Equipment Classes
You have the choice of private or semi-private sessions. For semi-private classes there will be a maximum of one other person in the studio. Should you choose the semi-private option, you will first need to have one private lesson to give me the opportunity to assess your posture & movement needs, and to have time to discuss what you would like to achieve.

We offer a selection of speciality classes and are adding to this all the time.
Each trimester brings its own challenges and Pilates is a safe and holistic way of exercising until birth. It harmonises breathing, body awareness, mindfulness and calm with core stability, strength and abdominal/pelvic floor support. By addressing common issues in pregnancy such as back pain, improving strength and stamina, you will feel more confident going into labour and beyond. And to ensure that you keep up that special “me” time and aid your recovery, post-natal classes can normally start 8-11 weeks after birth. If you wish to bring your baby with you to these classes, this is absolutely fine - I would love to meet the new addition to the family!
Do you miss that special, carefree time with your mum/dad/daughter/son? Our lives get so busy - studying, working, day-to-day stresses. Even when we spend family time together, we still allow daily troubles to enter this relationship. The Reconnect class provides you with an opportunity to switch off and simply enjoy time together whilst exercising. For teenagers this is a great way to stay mentally healthy and alert, and to counter anxiety and exam stress. Have a laugh, maybe even allow some competitiveness, and then follow up with a lunch or coffee in Teddington High Street or a stroll/jog at Teddington lock. Take time out, get fit, enjoy. Reconnect body and mind and reconnect your special relationship!
